Lotta Westerlund
Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs
Lotta Westerlund has been Senior Vice President and head of Legal Affairs of
ST-Ericsson since February 2009.
Prior to this position, Ms. Westerlund was working at Ericsson Group Function Legal Affairs, responsible for the legal support to Ericsson's Business Unit Multimedia.
Ms. Westerlund joined Ericsson in 2001. Throughout her career at Ericsson, she worked in various Ericsson units, covering matters, including system supplies, sourcing, licensing, intellectual property rights issues, services, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Ericsson, Ms. Westerlund worked at Advokatfirman Vinge, which is one of the largest law firms in Scandinavia, specializing in commercial law.
Lotta Westerlund was born in Uppsala, Sweden, in 1968 and has a LL.M. (Master of Laws) from the University of Uppsala. She also studied European law and international finance law at Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France, as part of the Erasmus program (European Region Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students).
