Nomadik software and platforms offering

The rich software and platform solutions are designed, to leverage full Nomadik capabilities withing leading operating systems and multimedia frameworks used for mobile phones and mobile consumer devices. These software solutions, combined with extensive testing at application level, enable customers to focus on differentiation while keeping fast time cost sensitive portable multimedia products.

Nomadik development kits

Each Nomadik processor comes with a dedicated development kit, which is designed to develop, evaluate and test software. Hardware kits include ST's state-of-the-art mobile solutions such, as cameras, power management, and wired and wireless connectivity devices. Nomadik HW tools are provided with a rich software tool set, including OS aware flash loaders, board diagnostics and configuration tools.

A complete set of development tools and software are available from ST-Ericsson or tools partners to support a full range of application developments, from firmware customization up to applications running on high-level operating systems such as Symbian or Microsoft Windows Mobile.
