USB ON-THE-GO, DUAL- ROLE CONTROLLERS
The ST-Ericsson Hi-Speed USB dual-role controllers have built-in support for USB On-The-Go (OTG), the USB extension that enables point-to-point communications between portable devices. Combining the standard host function with USB OTG capability makes for a very flexible solution, allowing a portable device such as a mobile phone, a DVC, a DSC, or a PDA to support any USB-enabled peripheral, including keychain storage devices.
