USB Peripheral Controllers

We offer Hi-Speed USB peripheral controllers that have integrated a generic parallel interface that, along with the FlexiUSB architecture, let designers choose the best microcontroller or microprocessor for their system. The ability to reuse architecture and firmware investments shortens development time, eliminates risk, and reduces overall cost.

Our Hi-Speed USB peripheral controllers are designed for portable Hi-Speed USB applications, with support for USB OTG peripheral-only features through OTG Session Request Protocol (SRP). The ISP1582 supports generic mode on the CPU interface. The ISP1583 supports generic mode and Split Bus on the CPU interface and also supports direct interface to any ATA/ATAPI device.

If you do not require Hi-Speed USB peripheral controllers, then take a look at our USB peripheral controllers, which have parallel bus for microcontroller- and microprocessor-based systems. PDIUSBD12 has been our decade-long best-seller. ISP1181B is an enhanced version of PDIUSBD12. ISP1183 has the smallest package size. See our selection table for more information.
